The term Monolithic means that once built the structure becomes one solid structure; roof, walls, foundation become one.  The dome is but one design for monolithic construction.  The structure above is an example of a monolithic concrete dome module approximately 800 square feet with additional modules to be added later.  Each module will have its own power source independent of the other units.  You only use the energy you need for that specific module.
